What should I write in my messages to an AliExpress supplier?

Keep in mind that most suppliers on AliExpress handle high volumes of customers. As such it may be wise to keep your message detailed but concise.

If you are making an inquiry, ask direct questions such as; What are the length, width, and height dimensions of this mat? This tells the seller exactly what you need to know and they can, in turn, provide a direct response. This is just one example about but you are free to inquire about any product feature, price, shipping details, and any other concern you may have.

Alternatively, if you have a complaint about a delayed order or defective delivery, you can explain the nature of your problem and attach all relevant details. For example, if the order is delayed, you can indicate that you are following up on Order XYZ. If you received a defective item, you could also attach images or videos showing the defects.
