Refund & Downgrade Policy

I. Refund



Please keep in mind that you have agreed to our Terms of Service once you approved the charge. AliHunter transactions are non-refundable. We will not prorate any fees paid for a subscription that is terminated before the end of its term.

If there’s any error on the billing, please submit a request to support@alihunter.io detailing the issue. A support representative will review your case and assist you with your refund request. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, please check your email's spam folder—many email providers block unrecognized email addresses.


II. Updates to the refund policy



This refund policy can be updated at any time, WITHOUT prior notice, and is applicable immediately for ALL subscriptions and subscribers. It is considered an integral part of our Terms of Service, and its acceptance is mandatory for ALL users.

AliHunter reserves the right to refuse refunds if ANY efforts of refund policy abuse are detected.


III. Downgrade



You can now cancel your subscription directly on the app by going to Billing & Plan > Cancel Subscription.

To Downgrade from a Yearly plan to any other plans, the current cycle would need to complete before the new plan is applied, which is a year after your purchase of the Yearly plan.
