Cancel Your Zopi Extension Subscription
We are sorry to see you go. If you want to cancel your Zopi Extension subscription, do the following:
Before you begin, make sure you are logged in to Zopi Extension.
Click the purple Zopi icon on the right side of your browser, then select Open Sidebar.
In the sidebar panel, click the Account icon at the bottom right to access the Account & Settings section.
Click the > icon next to My Account to open the Account & Billing page.
Navigate to Your Plan and click Cancel plan.
In the Pop-up, click Cancel plan once more to confirm.
Everything's done! Subscription downgraded to FREE. You'll able to use the current plan until the end of the cycle, then the system will automatically be back to the free plan.
